Withdrawal instructions for paid digital services

Withdraw online
In your account, open “Credits”, select the order and “Withdraw from contract”. Check your name, order and confirmation email, then choose “Confirm withdrawal”. An email immediately acknowledges the statement and its date and time. If you cannot access your account, send the same statement to info@tafolli.net or the address above. Support email remains available without login.

Effects of withdrawal
Payments received for this contract are refunded without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receipt of the withdrawal notice. We use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise; no refund fee is charged. If you expressly requested early performance, a proportionate amount for services already supplied may be due only under the statutory conditions. There is no flat cancellation fee.

Fully performed digital service
For a paid service, the withdrawal right ends on full performance only when statutory conditions are met, including your prior express request for early performance and acknowledgment that full performance ends the right. Opening an account or granting credits is not a blanket immediate waiver. Generating the first application of a bundle does not mean all its services have been performed.

Payment availability
Paid packages can be ordered only when payments are enabled. The free weekly allowance creates no obligation to pay. Withdrawal and account deletion are separate actions; you do not need to delete your account to withdraw.
